Michele Ring is a Personal Trainer who has been training clients in all aspects of wellness and fitness for over 20 years. Michele is a member of the American Fitness Association of America (AFAA) since 1994 as a Certified Personal Trainer as designated by the Association. Her other certifications included Senior Fitness, Youth Fitness, Yoga, Mat Pilates, TRX, and Boxing.
Michele enjoys sharing her vast experience in training with her clients to teach them an all-around healthy lifestyle from exercise and fitness to nutrition and healthy eating habits.
Michele has trained many senior clients over her career, which makes her very knowledgeable in cardiac care, diabetes, Parkinson's, chronic back problems, and other health issues that impact senior citizens.
