  Iosif started as a parkour practitioner and instructor which gave him the strong calisthenics bodyweight background. He went through a PT Academy for his personal training education and being a certified ACE Trainer made him very aware of body mechanics, corrective exercise and quality over quantity approach to training. Now Iosif combines calisthenics/bodyweight with weight training, HIT/Circuit training, kettle bell and battle rope training to create the best results tailored to each individual client.

After becoming the Master Trainer in 2009, he has consistently been ranked in the Top 3 of all the 1,400 trainers in the East Zone of NYSC. In his one-on-one personal training, Tony has helped athletes increase performance in sports such as Swimming, Soccer, Golf, Dance, Triathlon, Marathon, Urbanathlon, models tone for go-sees, and clients of various ages relieve their back, neck, knee, and shoulder pains. His expertise is in corrective exercise, stretching, boxing, TRX, kettle belts, and nutrition counseling. He uses his extensive experience and certifications to tailor the exercises for individual clients, so that they are both fun and effective.
