About Kahlil
My name is Kahlil. Art and sports are the first major interests I developed in my life. When I stopped playing sports competitively, I started to gain weight in such an unhealthy fashion that I took up resistance training and began to re-sculpt my body. I attended the National Personal Training Institute, where we learned many different techniques and philosophies. At the same time I realized the importance of nutrition and enrolled in nutrition classes to enhance physical fitness with diet. “You can’t focus one without the other!”
Now, I approach my clients almost as if they were in the beginning stages of an art piece. When designing a piece of sculpture, you must scrape away the pieces you don’t need, and when working with an empty canvas, you add color and shade until you find the image you desire.
